Use the device ID and device password from your camera's settings. A connection check collects a private video sample of up to eight seconds, retained locally for 30 minutes. Play it to verify the camera. Continuous recording begins only after service provisioning.

Approval requires camera video/audio and Telegram permission checks from the last 24 hours.
Payment capture is verified on the server before a recorder is deployed. Manual review cannot bypass payment. Capacity is reserved before checkout; test-mode payments never start production recording.
