What this website does

CCTV Keeper provides account registration, camera setup, connection checks, private Telegram-channel verification, plan selection and paid recording activation. Payments are collected by Razorpay. A server-verified captured Live payment starts deployment; a browser return page or Test-mode payment does not. Each payment covers 30 days and does not renew automatically.

Activation and pricing

Prices shown are in Indian rupees for 30 days. The selected amount is confirmed before checkout, and the saved quote cannot be changed after a payment link is created. Razorpay processes the payment. Recording begins after server-side verification of the captured Live payment and remains subject to service capacity and camera/relay availability. No automatic debit or renewal is enabled. Test mode cannot accept real customer payments and never provisions a recorder. Contact support for payment or refund questions. There is no promise that every V380 Pro camera or firmware version will connect.

Camera authorization

Only add cameras you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for appropriate permissions and use of cameras in your location. This is an independent service, not an official V380 or Telegram product.

Account and setup data

We store your account name and email, password hash, chosen plan, camera names and device IDs, setup status, activation requests and support messages. Device passwords and Telegram bot tokens are encrypted on the server with a separate service key. Operators who administer the server can access setup data and temporary preview clips to support the service.

Connection checks

A requested camera check contacts vendor-provided relays using your supplied device credentials and collects a private MP4 sample of up to eight seconds, including camera audio when available. The local sample expires after 30 minutes and is removed sooner when the camera changes or another check replaces it. Only the signed-in camera owner can access the preview through the website. When you choose Send sample & verify, Telegram verification checks permissions and posts the selected sample video to your private channel. It succeeds only after Telegram confirms delivery. The Telegram copy follows your channel retention, not the local preview expiry. Vendor and Telegram services receive the connection information necessary to perform these checks.

Cookies and account access

A secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 12 hours. This site does not use advertising trackers. Keep your account password private. During early access, account recovery and deletion requests can be made through the operator; use the support form in your account.

Recording and retention after activation

Default recording setups target five-minute clips with native video quality and usable camera audio. Large recordings may be split into smaller lossless parts for Telegram. Current uploads are prioritized; older recovery footage is labelled. Uploaded local copies are removed after verified delivery, while unsent footage has a default 72-hour local retention deadline. You control membership and retention of your own Telegram channel, including any auto-delete timer.

Availability and limitations

Camera, network and vendor-relay interruptions can cause gaps or shorter recordings. Connection checks verify only a short sample. Basic motion screening, where configured, samples image changes and does not reliably identify people or animals. The service is not an emergency-response or guaranteed continuous-surveillance service.

Your controls

You can remove saved cameras and disconnect Telegram in your dashboard. Never put passwords, bot tokens or private keys into a support message. For questions about your setup or stored data, use the support form in your account.
