Will every V380 Pro camera work?
Not necessarily. Camera models, firmware and vendor relays vary. App compatibility alone does not guarantee a cloud connection. Run the connection check and wait for an activation review before relying on the service.
Will my video quality be reduced?
The recording engine copies the camera's selected main video stream. Large recordings are split into smaller parts for Telegram instead of lowering the picture quality. Some camera audio formats are converted to AAC for playback compatibility.
Is this live video or recorded clips?
Telegram receives completed recordings, usually targeting five minutes each. Stream interruptions or upload limits can produce shorter clips or multiple parts. Live viewing is a separate feature of an activated recording setup.
Who controls the Telegram channel?
You do. Use your own private channel and bot. You control channel membership and auto-delete settings. The recording service needs permission to post videos there.
How long are recordings stored?
Uploaded local copies are removed after delivery is confirmed. Failed uploads can remain on the recording server for up to 72 hours. You manage your channel's retention, such as Telegram's 30-day auto-delete.
What happens after I request activation?
After the checks, you choose a plan and confirm its 30-day price. Razorpay handles payment. The recorder starts only after the server verifies a captured Live payment; a return page or Test payment never starts recording.
